"NP didn't even take my vitals until I told her to. She screwed up my test for lab corp so they didn't get done."

"Minute clinic customer service just hung up on me twice. Two different numbers, third one put me through mechanical circle. I was trying to find out if my children still had their COVID vaccination appointments as this morning I received a text and an email saying the group appointment for my twins was cancelled. Then I got a text saying get ready for your appointment. I called to find out which it was. I was asked why I was calling the number (which email told me to call) and then they hung up, called another customer service number they insisted I work with COVID hotline, got through again, explained I needed to know if we actually had an appointment, and they hung up. Tried another customer service number and they never let me out of the automaton. When I went in to 'cancel' the appointments so the clinic itself would know, I discovered that (though a group reservation) they had cancelled one twin but not the other. I already cannot use them for tests as they cannot distinguish the twin in their profoundly stupid system for obtaining results."

"Really horrible that my son has to be tested for covid when he's not even showing symptoms for it before being seen! Never using minuteclinic again. Quit being scared of something that's got a 98% survival rate!!"

"If I could give them a zero I would. Today my adult Son went (with an on line appointment) to be tested for a UTI. He is small in stature and wears his hair long. He was wearing a N95 mask held in place by a bandana. He was told upon check in that Minuit Clinic does not treat men or Transgenders and refused him service. My son is not Transgender and was humiliated. He stated that the store manager was rude to him. After he got home, he spoke again to the Manager after seeing nothing in thier ad about refusing service to men. We went to Duke Urgent Care where he was seen. I am horrified that he was treated so badly and we are seeking legal advice. Shame on you CVS. you have lost my business."

"I used the CVS drive through COVID testing. The results took 6 days which I could understand due to volume. The pharmacy tech specifically told me that I would receive an email with my results. Which was needed for my husband to return to work. I have never received said email. I called CVS hotline for COVID and waited 2 hrs for a lady to give my an email address to request my results. I still have not recieved them. I stopped by the location and the minute clinic was busy but I was told I would receive a call to assist me. Never recieved a call. He also told me to receive the promised results I now have to go to the health dept and wait again to get my results. I do not mean to be so negative about all of this. I am thankful my results were negative but this is not good customer service. We have used pharmacy for 15 years and my expectations were so much higher."
