"I was horrified today as I was eating in peace with my son when I heard something behind me that I recognized the sound for; I turned my head and I wished I never did. There she was a lady clipping her nails!!!!!!!!!! I stood up, agitated and I told her how disgusting and unsanitary that is to do in a place you eat. She proceeded to tell me she can do whatever she wants at her table. Went to the cashier, told her what’s going on, she came and saw and said she’s going to bring in the manager. Manager came and saw and put her hands in the head and left. Didn’t say anything to her. Will never step a foot in there again in my life."
"I ll be honest didn’t expect good quality sandwich considering low rating of the location but they surprised us. Me and my husband got Filet-O-Fish and it was great. Hope they will keep up with the quality and good work."
"The food is disgusting every single time. If you visit this McDonald’s expect to get stale bread on your burgers. Expect to have the coldest, nastiest, greasiest french fries. Also expect to have rockhard chicken nuggets that have probably been sitting out all freaking day. You can’t even call because it says that the phone is disconnected. Don’t waste your money, visit one of the other food establishments in this plaza, and I guarantee you that it’ll be 1 million times better than this trashcan of a place."
"Pulled in the drive-through at 10:25 AM. At 10:39. Someone finally asked me what I’d like to have. I explain to them that I’ve been waiting there for well over 10 minutes and no one‘s even approached me and two vehicles they pulled in after me already had their orders taken. Told them I would like to order the sausage McMuffins with egg on the special. Told me that they would have to check to see if they can still get them. The first car they pulled away had ordered breakfast because I saw the order on the screen. I will never visit this restaurant again at this location. Every time I come here is pathetic , I also have never given a review less than four stars anywhere… This is very sad for the McDonald corporation and the franchise owner. New management is a must, and Customer Service because of her attitude and I was very polite..,"
