"People are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so positive. The classes are varied and challenging. The personal trainer, Jennifer Tinsley has helped so much. She has been instrumental helping me improve strength and balance. Only at the Y is there something for everyone!"
"My favorite place to work out. I love the sauna as well. My youngest son loves to swim so he takes lessons here as well. My older son plays basketball when they have open gym. My eldest son has done alot here. He's in the TPYA program and they come here often. He's also done commercial ads for them. He's been on billboards and posters representing The Y. I suggest any family that's looking for a great well rounded experience to join the Y."
"Love the staff and group fitness instructors here! This facility is always clean and has everything you need for a good workout. I also really love the pool and sauna for a low impact workout and recovery. This place has definitely helped me get my groove back after taking time off from an injury!"
