The Donald S. Collins Early Learning Center is a community-based institution located in Black Mountain, North Carolina, offering early learning programs for children and families from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Our center provides a nurturing and educational environment for infants through pre-K, as well as afterschool and summer enrollment for Kindergartners through 2nd grade.
