They came through when my home suffered flooding damage in August of 2021, and again when my roof suffered wind damage last April. Taken from the commercials, I didn't have to "pay for this myself". Allstate, as well as their affiliates, are definitely recommended."

"Stay away. These guys scammed my grandmother. A ceiling in her home fell in due to water damage and they are weaseling out of covering it. They assured her the policy was comprehensive. She’s been their customer for 20 YEARS and had never missed a payment. My insurance agent (out of Charlotte) said what they’re doing is a complete sham and they’re just trying to get of paying a claim. Taking advantage of and screwing over elderly people is deplorable. These folks should be ashamed."
