"My husband and I took 2 different flights into RDU. I arrived 2 hrs ahead of him and was planning to just hang out in the baggage area. I saw Ms. Jennifer P. wearing a USO smock greeting people in the area. I asked wear the USO was and she was so extremely friendly, she escorted me to the USO and even offered multiple times to help me with my 3 suitcases. I was greeted at the USO by 2 other staff members who made me feel so welcomed.I enjoyed a variety of snacks, resting in an oversized comfortable recliner, recharging my cell phone in the company of fellow service members and their families. There was a large computer room with several work stations and the bathroom was stocked with individual sample size toiletries items. Special thank you to Ms. JENNIFER!"
"Very nice place once you go through all the tunnels to get there. They have very comfortable recliners but bring a sleep mask because the lights are very bright. Sometimes, they even have hot food. Lots of popcorn, drinks, candy but no ice. Big bathroom with supplies."
