"Worst customer service ever. Bought a large item that they are supposed to load into your vehicle. We had to make to trips. First trip, the person who helped said we cannot touch the palet jack. The second trip, no one there to help, so someone let us use the palet jack. Lady at the front door was snarky when we asked her to find someone to help."
"Just wanted to thank Dennisis at the bakery at the Brier Creek location. I came in today and needed a large order of cupcakes for a party but didn’t have the 24 hour notice that was needed/required. She was so very kind and patient with me and talked me through an option that would work with what they had on hand/in the refrigerator for that day and also gave me suggestions on other locations to reach out to if needed. I’m so very grateful for her patience and amazing assistance! I will definitely be using them for my future cupcake/cake needs (but with 24 hours notice next time:)."
"I asked a meat associate if they had any better looking bottom round roast in the back because what they had on the floor was turning green. The person I talked to, had a bad attitude and took his sweet time about it. When he returned and gave me the package, there was 3 inches of fat on the bottom. I left that roast sitting in the case and went up to customer service and cancelled my membership. I don't do bad customer and terrible product."
"It's fine in a pinch. Nowhere near as good as Costco. The service is okay, the products are fine. Don't bother getting propane there. It's not worth the 20 minute wait due to consistent understaffing in the tire department. I wouldn't bother getting tires there either for this reason. Overall, I only hold a membership here for it's convenient location and getting a substantial discount on the membership itself. It's definitely not worth it at full price."
"I love the store. Great and never full in the mornings,so it feels great shopping all by myself. I just want to point out this Black Big guy that’s works security check in the front. He’s so well mannered and everytime I come in he has the carts like in the picture. I really appreciate it , I have a bad back and my left arm is very weak. Trying to pull those cart’s apart takes a toll on me . Thank you so much big guy."
