Unity Healing Center, located in Cherokee, North Carolina, is a health institution that offers a long-term intensive residential treatment program for youths aged 13 to 17. With a sixteen-bed coed facility, the center provides services in a nurturing and home-like environment where the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of each resident are addressed. The program, which typically lasts between 80-90 days, combines the 12 Step Program of Recovery with elements of Native American culture.
