Pardon My Cheesesteak

"a ghost kitchen out of a ruby tuesdays. ruby tuesdays deserves an exorcism. their cooks should not have to follow these garbage bitcoin-inspired recipes. $20 for a burnt six inch long sub where the parchment paper was tucked so deeply into the filling that when i opened the sandwich the paper tore out the insides. it also shredded and became inextricable from the filling itself. personally, i love to have paper in my mouth and then digest it. the sub was weirdly tangy (what cheese did you use? trash cheese, from the garbage?) and strangely slippery -- no, not greasy, slippery. no other way to describe it. the fries were corpse-cold and were so clearly previously frozen. zero spices; nice and watery, like your bleakest middle school memories. love to hydrate by eating french fries. the "cheese sauce" i ordered for my sandwich was a lukewarm semi-solid tub of goo that tasted like the cheese that comes with those awful prepackaged cracker stick snacks you give to unloved children, but maybe a jalapeno was near it at some point. it was impossible to get the sauce onto the burned, papery sandwich without a utensil (not provided); nor would my flaccid fries pierce the rubbery exterior. yes, i got a refund. no, i could not finish eating it. i guess i really should have been tipped off by the moronic name and the bojack horseman-esque logo. i never get heartburn but i had heartburn until the next morning. if it comes down to it, just order from the ruby tuesdays if you're hungry. their staff is nice and their food is good. you can still pick it up and the wait will be worth not being covered in an ambergris-like coat of disappointment."

"Ordered through Uber eats the driver did her job picking up the order. Me and my wife cheesesteaks were disgusting the meat, the cheese even down to the peppers and onions had no flavor what so ever! How can you call that a cheesesteak? Was very disappointed we were 1st timers. Philadelphia would never!!!"

"Ordered Lunch for Staff, and Uber. Food was "ok", but you put all of our orders in bag, with very poor packaging, mess everywhere. You took the time to buy stickers and place them on it, but couldn't find the time to mark what each sandwich is. 2 Sandwiches were also wrong, but right on the receipt. What a mess. Our company has removed them from our lunch list. Sorry, won't be returning."

I received literally 1 cheesesteak sandwich in the bag. The sandwich was stuck to the wrapper. The wrapper was so greasy on the outside. Never again."
