"New location and staff always friendly and professional. I have been a patient for years and the only reason I didn't give the 5 star is that every time I get comfortable and settle with a doctor they leave which leaves me to choose another doctor."

"on February of this year 2023 I had an appointment with doctor Sheena Kapadua. I notice over the last few visits that I had with her she had one hand on the door knob and one foot out the door, and rushing me, as I was trying to explain my health problems She wasn’t listening to my complaints, she would talk over me. She didn’t seem to care about my health problems, or why I came to the doctor. I visited her regarding a health issue, and an issue that my job had contributed, and I needed a doctor excuse for the previous days I missed before because of illness , dr Kapadia was not able to see me, and I need extended days after she examined me, dr Capadeia response was I need to use my pto time, in which I didn’t have enough at the time to use, dr Capodeia refused to sign me out of work for the extended days I needed . My manager on the job felt, that if my doctor would not excuse my time then she wouldn’t either. I was at retirement age and I was very stressed out over my health issues, the doctor decision not supporting me regarding my health issues, and the mistreatment of the manager. which led me to do an early retirement, since I am 67 years old. I filed a legitimate complaint against my manager, which she has been dismissed from the company. I also notice in all of my diagnoses from dr Sheena Kapadia she never changed any of my diagnosis notes, she just printed out the same information each time, this went on for 1 year or more. I wanted to make a complaint about this doctor, but I kept giving her the benefit of doubt, that it would change, but it didn’t it got worst. If I had any other medical complications that had occurred prior to my visit she wouldn’t allow me to discuss it , she would tell me I had to make another appointment and discuss it then, so I would leave the office not knowing what to do and very extremely stressed out due to the visit I had with her. This complaint is longer , and it would take awhile for me to write it, but I know it had to be written before 2024. I am still having issues today, that dr Kapadia fell to listen to or diagnose. I was also informed by a staff member that she does better with her own cultural, and it is others patients having the same complaints as myself.. one of the nurses suggested, to me without me asking if I would like to change primary physician, . that really concerned me, for a nurse to say that, so I said yes, maybe I better., since this doctor doesn’t care about my overall wellbeing."

"My husband and I have been patients of Dr Kapadia for years! We always feel heard by her, and she is creative and supportive in thinking through treatment plans and solutions. She and her staff are also great on following up to make sure there are no obstacles to any suggestions she makes. We never ever feel rushed when seeing her."

"Dr. Kapadia is amazing. I chose her when my PCP retired. It was a choice I do not regret. I feel like I can talk with her and she listens. She doesn't make me feel like I'm on a time limit. I don't like to go to the doctor but her compassion that she shows to her patients makes it easier."
