"My husband was told my dog was too mattted to get groomed today due to a new rule! I don't understand how you can be a grooming business and have a restriction against hair matting. Will never come back or refer anyone! I would love a call back and resolution. Thanks for responding."
"My dog seemed fine from the stay. I just don’t understand why we don’t get the reports everyday that I order and pay for. This is the second time we have had our dog there and both times they were missed most of the days. This makes me wonder if my dog is getting the ice cream everyday that I am also paying for. I can tell when the reports don’t come but there is not way for me to tell about the ice cream. If one thing that I am paying for is getting missed, what else is not happening. Is he getting taken care of, getting his meds, and getting fed correctly? For this reason, we will not be using Pet Paradise in the future. It is a big trust issue leaving your dog with someone for days at a time and I don’t feel that I can trust Pet Paradise to what they say they are going to do or what I am paying for."
"Cheeseburger & Mauser both needed a check up & blood test so ...sadly since they closed the Charlotte Airport Veterinary office... we went instead to the Matthews area Vet. She was very thorough checking both pups from head to tail and she went over the results with patience explaining things so I had a clear understanding. Well done & thanks for caring for my 2 critters."
"This was our first experience using a boarder (other than a 2-wk "training" camp). We loved being able to see how playful and loving the staff was with our Willow and how well Willow interacted with the other furbabies. The videos are so awesome because they allow for real -time views when we were missing our furbaby on vacation. We also looked forward to the pictures and report cards! Every encounter with any staff member was like talking to a friend who kept your furbaby instead of being "institutionalized" for lack of a better word. And affordability? That was SO VALUABLE to us. It's nice to know there is a safe, fun, place to go that allows the family to still be able to have money for other things, rather than costing half the amount of the entire vacation. Willow will be going back for visits!"
