"Reserved a van a week before I needed it but when I arrived to pick it up the business was closed. There were two sitting on the lot. No one let me know they wouldn't be there. Had to search for another van at another location. Very disappointed."

"The don't deserve the 1 star that was given Just a heads up....DO NOT USE. Firehouse towing. Big rip offs. Gave a quote for a haul to the scrap yard. Get almost there and up the price $100 and when we said no the price had already been agreed on, they confiscated the car and wouldn't let us have it back. Also ordered no trespassing. BEWARE"
