He tirelessly garnered and amassed parts, kept us informed by email, and even had the parts for us at the May Lake Norman Spring Boat Demo such that we didn't have to drive back into Charlotte. Sam is amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and super nice. We are forever in his debt. We can't thank him enough for all his help. We were able to get our kayaks back on the water because of Sam's dedication and his helpfulness. We were out on our kayaks recently and were asked what they were and where to get them. Kayaking, Camping, Hiking, and other outdoor equipment is their specialty. The employees are very helpful and friendly. It’s a specialty store so I saw many items that weren’t in the large Dept Outdoor stores such as the Cotopaxi bags I purchased. This place is awesome!!!"
