Owned by Mick and Kate Carroll, our goal is to provide you with the best tasting gourmet pizzas, comfort-food entrees, salads, and sandwiches in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. We source ingredients from our local community and surrounding counties whenever possible, and our pizza dough undergoes a natural fermentation process before being baked in our wood-fired brick oven. Kate Carroll, a Durham native with a passion for good food, brings her family's love of cooking and gardening to Radius. Mick Carroll, hailing from a small farm in County Sligo, Ireland, brings his culinary expertise from training in France and working in top restaurants in Dublin and San Francisco. Together, they create delicious dishes made with care from simple ingredients.
