"So over priced, my sandwich was a couple of pieces of dry chicken and a tiny quarter piece of bread. No avocado, onions or mayo. For over $20 I expect to have what’s actually listed on the menu. I used to love going to Panera but after trying everyone one in town. I cannot afford to pay so much and get so little."
"I ordered 5 basic sandwiches for a lunchtime delivery to my place of work. The sandwiches were barely labeled, weren't of good quality, and looked like they had just been thrown together carelessly. I expect better for a $15 sandwich and small bag of chips. The only positive was on-time delivery. I would not recommend this Panera location."
"This is the 3rd time now that none of the modifications to my order were done and ingredients missing. Ordered a smoky buffalo chicken melt with extra sauce and extra red onions. It had very little sauce and no onions at all. Very skimpy on the chicken as well. This has been my third complaint. The issues with those making the orders does not get corrected. I also ordered a flatbread pizza with extra sauce and extra basil. No extra sauce and 3 small little flakes of basil. The manager has offered to remake the sandwiches which were made incorrectly. I had taken them up on this offer in the past, but after a third time of getting my order wrong, I will no longer be returning to this Panera location. I gave them the chance three times over the period of the last 6 months and the retraining has not happened or the employees don't listen. Never coming back to this location again."
"This was possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. The staff didn’t engage with customers and the wait for food was over 30-40 minutes. I understand busy but when a customer is checking in their food, having a hand put up to their face saying “I have 3 orders that I’m dealing with right now, sorry” is disrespectful. Accuracy was low in orders and over displeased with the organization of this restaurant. Will not be returning customers."
