"We had a new property with some very tricky aspects to insure where we talked to what felt like every national brand insurer, so here's the scoreboard: Time spent on the phone with those other insurers and brokers with no success where we felt our closing was at risk: ~10 hrs. Time spent with Blaine at Herring & Bickers: ~15 minutes and reading an email the next day to know we'd be able to close, then a few quick follow-ups to get it all done. Oh, and the rates were reasonable, too! Could not recommend him/them more strongly. I'd give a 6th star if I could."
