Joe was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and gave me space to try out the ones I was interested in without pressuring me with a sales pitch. Very professional. "The true test of service performance is if something goes wrong and how the company performs in rectifying it. In my case, my mattress worked out and it looks like I will keep it, so I don't have that perspective. That said, I am very pleased with Joe and his crew. Good service and implementation. The inexpensive pricing comes from the fact that he is selling products that are previous models and the manufacturer is closing them out. You need to make an appointment, which I neglected to do, however he went out of his way to meet with me as soon as he could. I recommend this company."

Due to the quarantine situation we thought this was our only opportunity. I saw an ad for BoxDrop, a local business on Facebook that was having a by appointment only showing.
