"I am impressed, this store and the teller working deserve a 5 star ++++ all the reviews that are negative should probably revisit and update accordingly. Tonight I walked into the store after pumping diesel, I needed to get the receipt and a few items. The teller was kind and attentive but I was distracted with a phone call. Upon leaving, half way to my truck I heard someone yelling to me and I looked back to see the teller holding my wallet. The wallet was left on the counter in front of the register and to the left were a customer could have easily grabbed it and nobody would have known. Thank god for this teller, she just saved Christmas! My wallet had $5000.00 in $100 dollar bills because I just left a meeting were I sold a few things to ensure my family had a good Christmas!!! Thank god for honest people, I’m so glad to see someone With integrity for a change!"
"New location but it simply doesn’t look like they’re doing something right… Miami and TW location is probably less than 3 miles down the road, has been there for much longer and seems to function better in all aspects. They’re short staffed, but much like other corporations, refuse to adjust pay to adequately staff the store. To top it off they used a promotion on gas on Thanksgiving week to basically scheme against customers and charge them 30¢ per gallon on 88 Gas than they’ve ever had. When the store was already starting to go downhill in every other aspect, greed wasn’t necessarily the missing ingredient to fix things here…."
"Very disappointed in this Sheetz. No MTO, the parking lot is riddled with trash, way too little staffing for busy mornings. It's only been here for a small time and it already looks like it's been years. I can't imagine how it's going to keep up once the adjacent condos are completed. They should have built a much more capable location."
