"My name is Greg I had a terrible experience with the female Hispanic worker at the location #288 family fare on duke st. On Friday September 1,2023 at 930 I entered this location to make purchases but was confronted disrespectful attitude from this female staff. I am a 56 year old man and she talked to me like I was a child. I did speak to the store manager but was not satisfied with her responses because she the manager stated to me that this employee have been rude towards other customer and tried to blame it on language issues I am not buying that ridiculous response. Also be note that this female employee also work across the street at the bp gas station. I am not letting this go I will be searching for a corporate person. I did not go into details here as to what she said and how she spoke to but the manager and this employee knows. I will end this with a zero rating let it be known I had to select that 1 rating so I can post this"

"Intentionally tried to overcharge me over $8 for an item that was clearly marked. I explained that that the price was wrong, she replied that the register does it automatically. Deceptive business."
"We go here a lot to fill up the mowers ,and I would give them a five star but they had a pump off. They did not have any signs or anything saying pump shut off. They are newer pumps though so they’re fast. They usually work pretty well. This is definitely a good gas station to go to."
