"My experience with Home Heath Services has been nothing but a great disappointment in FAYETTEVILLE, NC Professionalism, Knowledgeable PCA and CNA, cleanliness, communication and knowledge of care plans is a must when caring for sick patients, unfortunately that is not a practiced by most, if not all the agencies. Native Angels has been by far the absolute worst that I have experienced. Native Angels Aides lacks clear and concise communication, knowledge of care, professionalism and organization. Some aides lack knowledge in the first step on how to care for said patient. I’m not taking about the outlined care plan. I’m talking the basic care; how to bathe, changing adults that are incontinence, taking vitals and overall practice of cleansing to ensure area maintain organized without order. Aides never adhere to an assigned schedule, appearance was unprofessional, no name tags, some aides would arrive with their clothes and belonging reek of smoke, and overall communication was very poor. Majority of time aides was scheduled but did not have a care plan. EXAMPLE:scheduled CNA arrived but did not know the care plan prior to arrival.” CNA arrived she had to called a person by the name of Carrie at the office to request for care plan to be emailed. UNFORTUNATELY, once CNA received the care plan it was determined that CNA was medically unable to provide care as outlined in the care plan. This is example of the lack communication on knowledge of care , poor communication and organization. CNA was NOT able to follow the care plan due to CNA current medical conditions. Administrative Staff is very judgmental, unprofessional and communication is extremely poor. EXAMPLE: Office Staff would force their personal opinion of the patient family members on to staff, thereby causing negative opinions to PCA and CNA scheduled to provide care. In my opinion that is extremely unprofessional actions for the office staff to demonstrate to workers for any company. This action will create hostile working environments. In conclusion, this only a few of my experiences with Native Angel in Fayetteville, NC, based on my experience with this company, I would have to say Native Angel does not meet the level of quality care necessary for patients in need of home health services. In my personal opinion for the reasons above, on scale rating of 1 out 10 with 10 being the highest scale of care I give this company 1. Please excuse any typos.."
