"Fried white cheddar bites always taste soggy and days old. You can never go in to eat. Outside lights are never on at night you have no idea if it’s evenopen. If you go through the drive through at 8:45pm good luck because they will not answer you until 9 pm just to say they are closed. The order is never right how do you order traditional bone in wings and get 4 boneless and 4 traditional plus not get the full damn order"
"Hands down the worst Zaxbys experience yet. The entire company gets worse each time I try to go. My buddy and I went through the drive-thru. I asked for light ice on my tea (which has become low quality) and got no ice so enjoyed my meal with hot sweet tea. My friend got cherry coke that ended up being carbonated water. How do you not notice that a normally dark drink is completely clear!? The fries were under cooked and the chicken..well, is it even chicken anymore!? The breading is horrible, the meat has a weird almost creepy texture and consistency and it tastes gross. The crazy thing about the service is that it wasnt even busy yet they failed miserably. For whoever at Zaxbys gets this, it happened 9/21/23 around 1p. This was the last straw with this company. I wont waste my $ at any of them again."
"Went through drive though during prime dinner hours and immediately ate food at tables outside. Barely had any fries in the box, food was barely warm, toast was just bread, and the drink had no flavor. I don’t expect much when I buy fast food (which is not often), but for $10, this made me extremely sad. That is over an hour of work to pay for this meal if you make minimum wage. Very sad to see people care so little."
