Founded in 2012, Boondocks Brewing is dedicated to providing a fresh and engaging destination for residents and visitors of Ashe County. As Ashe County's first commercially licensed Craft Beer Brewery, they offer a full-service dining experience, a wide selection of Craft Beers, off-site catering, special events, private parties, and brewery tours.
Boondocks Brewing has two locations in downtown West Jefferson. Their Tap Room & Restaurant offers a diverse menu and a pet-friendly Beer Garden. The Brew Haus is home to their brewing operations and features a rooftop deck with a 360-degree view of downtown West Jefferson.
In addition to their on-site locations, Boondocks Brewing offers off-site catering services, as well as a Mobile Craft Kitchen and Mobile Beer Bar for special events. This pet-friendly and family-safe business is veteran-founded and employee-owned, providing an overall experience known as The Boondocks Experience. They are proud supporters of various community-focused organizations.

"The place to be on a Saturday night in WJ! Admittedly that’s not a high bar but they set the bar much higher! lots of their own craft beer options plus other brands, live music and a great crowd. I recommend their 3-top 3-top which is a really nice IPA. Lots of great costumes for an almost Halloween night. Great fun, highly recommended!"
