"Haircuts from here deserve 5 stars. However, after waiting until 9:40am yesterday for them to open the store (hours listed are 9am-7pm), we went back home to make appointments (2 kids and 1 adult). When returning for the appointment time, there was utter chaos. Walk-ins were seated before people that had made appointments and were already waiting for half an hour. If you have a lot of time go for it, their haircuts are great, but if you’re trying to wrangle kids and be in and out in a reasonable time, go somewhere else."

"The atmosphere is nice. Can get a drink and relax which is great. However, they don't listen to how you want your hair cut. Today the barber even apologized, saying she was on autopilot. I get it; you're in a military town, but not everyone needs a high and tight."
