"It seems literally impossible to reach them by phone. I called to check in-stock postage and was given the run around by the robot operator. Now I have to drive all the way out there and I don’t even know if they’re going to have enough postage. Please fix your phone!"

"I have had NO ISSUES WITH ANYONE ELSE DELIVERING PACKAGES TO MY HOUSE. It’s common sense you can clearly see that the parking lot of the business right next to my driveway, which has construction going on, follows all the way back to my front door. You can see it from the road. THREE TIMES they said they were unable to deliver even after I spoke with someone the second time it happened! I left delivery instructions and all and the lady on the phone tried to tell me they don’t receive any instructions from Amazon orders well that’s a crock of junk because I’ve received multiple packages with the instructions literally taped to the package under the ups or Usps labels. The second time they were “unable to deliver” is funny because I got another package that same day! AND BOTH “attempts” to deliver, my boyfriend was off work and home ALL DAY. Didn’t even see them even go by!! Open your eyes and pay attention it’s common sense! This is insanely ridiculous."
