"It seems like every time I come to this specific location there is always something happening to prevent me from being able to shop here, whether that be that they are closing early for unknown reasons, because they are short staffed, or the system is down. Multiple times this has happened with my boyfriend as well. Twice in one week now I’ve come and have been unable to make a simple return. The first time because they couldn’t accept returns, certain cards or cash, and today they are closed for an unknown reason. It’s near impossible to get out of work and get to the store before they ‘close’. With the holidays coming up, I hope this is an issue that is addressed, it’s very frustrating."
"A&F has quality pants and tops. Haven’t shopped there since college and my most recent visit was great. Glad to see there is more diversity amongst the employees. Prices are high but the clothing is quality. Ordered 2 pair of wide leg pants because they didn’t carry them in store. The store seems to have limited inventory so browse online first so you don’t waste your precious time driving to the store."
