"I was greeted with nothing but kindness and accommodation at my inquiry call through the assistance of the technician coming to my home to do the service. I was asked what I would like, if I wanted Mobile or shop service, how I wanted to be contacted on the day of and a be ware that this may happen so possibleextra charge (which wasn't needed becausetech was so great). An extremely pleasurable experience. Kenny was fantastic and would work with again if I needed which is hopefully not anytime soon lol."
