"We have spent years looking for an authentic Italian restaurant here in the US that doesn’t cater to the “American- Italian” cuisine. This is a top quality restaurant even for Italy. For context, my husband is born and raised in Sicily and this is the first Italian restaurant in 11 years being in the US that he wants to return to. We HIGHLY recommend. No other Italian restaurant compares here in the triangle."
"Came to this humble little place with my mother and we loved it! A small cozy atmosphere with great food! We were lucky enough to meet the chef as he explained very well on some of the dishes, which my mother got hooked with her mushroom risotto with truffles! Definitely will be coming back to try the rest of the dishes."
"I had dinner here on two occasions in December. The atmosphere is romantic with nine tables and a fireplace. Chef Paolo greeted us warmly as we walked into the restaurant, and the service was excellent. We ordered appetizers as well as dinner, dessert, and drinks. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the cache e pepe, pumpkin ravioli, and risotto. Everything about this restaurant is high-quality and absolutely superb. I look forward to trying more dishes on my next visit."
"We have followed Chef Paolo at all of his restaurants and we are THRILLED he is finally in Holly Springs! The lasagna absolutely melted in your mouth like butter. Incredible. The ravioli was so light, fresh, yet perfectly filling. The chef is from Italy so it’s not like what you’ll get at most other restaurants. Fresh made pasta DAILY. I cannot wait to come back and try the other menu items. (I’m told the menu will change seasonally too!)"
