"Well I headed to Arby's last night to give it another shot. 2/3/24. I've always had bad experiences and figured they've changed employees so it must be better at some point right? I recently was given a Arby's gift card for Christmas from one of my aunts.I had went through drive-thru and the order was $24 and change. I had told the employee working the window that I was going to use the gift card that had $20 on it and i would pay what the gift card did not cover with cash. He proceeds to use my cash first and then hands me the gift card back. I asked him if that's what he had done and he stated really rude and loud "YUP". Then proceeded to slam the window in my face. I waited for the manager to come to the window and told him what happened. He just asked for my receipt then circled the balance on my card on the receipt just to hand it back to me. I told him that was wrong of them to do that and no response. Not amused nor will I be back. Zero stars are needed for a review"
"Can't rate it because after sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes we drove off. Would call it an off day but not the first time this has happened. I'd say you're better off with gad station sushi."
"Food wasn't hot. It was hardly warm. With a roast beef sandwich they didn't give any sauces. So, when I got home, there was nothing in the bag except the dry sandwich"
"They're understaffed but you could tell they were all trying hard. Good attitudes, food was hot and the order correct, so no complaints here. *I will put this on every fast food review from this point forward...Chick Fil A is the benchmark for all fast food restaurants to learn from. Management teams are critical to restaurant success these days. Pay your employees well, work alongside them, and learn from the customer service and drive thru experience of Chik Fil A, and you'll take your own restaurant experience to a whole new level."
"Literally waited 30 mins for our meal. Asked what sauce we wanted 4 times. Still left sauce out of bag. Ridiculous. Get good help! Now I’m eating a dry @ss roast beef with no sauce."
