"I went in hunt for a particular microwave that the WM website said this store had in stock. We drove the 35 miles and when we got there they only had the one on the shelf for show but none in boxes. I went to CS and the CS rep told me they had none but the store 30 miles away had one. My sister, who was with me, had located a person in the store who told her there were two in their back room warehouse and would take them about twenty minutes to bring out front. My CS rep showed me on her phone where it showed two in their stock but she never offered to get one brought out!!! What was that all about? But I got my desired microwave and all was good!"
"Customer service is dead anymore. It's pretty pathetic the lengths people go to just to judge someone whom they know not one thing about. Get a grip world. It's only gonna get worst. Love each other stop judging. My goodness. Smh"
"Gar helped me at the self checkout and was so lovely to talk to, they told me all about their latest purchase and it was nice to have such a genuine interaction. Gar, if you see this I hope you enjoy your new dvds! Gar deserves a raise!"
"Purchased an online black Friday item to pick up at this location. It was the only store I would be by that showed the item in stock. I parked and checked in; nothing. I went in to customer service and they said I had to check in and wait at the black Friday parking area. I went back to my vehicle and went through the check-in within the app. I sat as others received packages and left. No employee checked to see why I was in the black Friday area. After 45+ minutes of sitting with no response from the app or the store, I cancelled the order and left. I have ordered black Friday offerings from other stores (not Walmart) and my items have always been at customer service or their designated pick up point."
"Lots of variety but lacks greatly in customer service. Still giving it 3 stars though because Walmart hasn't built its empire by providing great customer service. It's rather built on accessibility, convenience, pricing, product selection, and available inventory. Walmart does that better than anyone. Just imagine how powerful they'd be if they cared about their customers as much as they do their profit."
