"Way overpriced. No one can afford to live in these NOT luxurious apartments. ACs don't work well, plumbing and water leaks all the time... lots of insulation issues as electricity bills are outrageous for such a small size. They use all sort of tactics to lock you in a contract. Don't ever pay a holding fee to get the place you're renting. When you think you're safe out of contract, they'll really screw you over with a $400 increase in rent. You're probably better looking elsewhere. Steer far away from here."
"I currently live here and I regret this. This place is not somewhere you’d want to rent. The leasing office goes back on their word and for the price, it’s really not all that great. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Would rate -0 if I could"
"I have lived at this complex for several years, I was going to move out right before the new company took over and they have changed my mind. I have never lived at a property that is well maintained, has wonderful office and maintenance staff and is generally just a wonderful place to live. The property manager makes sure the property is always taken care of and the office staff works so hard to make the residents happy here and because of them I will never move. Life is wonderful at Apartments on 20th!"
"Sorry but find somewhere else to live. After the new owners came in, they don’t care about anything. Employees are kinda rude and careless. No gym, ugly volleyball court, swimming pool closed majority of the year, bumped up everyone’s rent regardless of how long you’ve live there. Price is crazy for what they offer. Have a few friends living in the different communities and yearly & month-to-month rent is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!"
"Absolutely wonderful leasing agents and maintenance staff! There's a sign out front that says, "We love our residents". This is the type of management where you want to live as a tenant."
