"I am currently staying at this hotel until I can find a permanent place to live. Not gonna lie had to clean the room to remove all the smoke residue but other than that my experience has been good. Very friendly place and people don't hassle you other than the other tenants can be noisy on the weekends. The staff is very helpful especially the manager and the one worker Kandy. Always has a smile and very helpful with anything we need . Would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to stay for one night or longer. For a hotel it isn't bad especially for being near Concord Mills can't be the price and being around every thing."

"Honestly I read some of the reviews and was skeptical about the hotel. I am relocating with a new job so my stay will be extended. I have been here now close to a week and I must say I am pleased. The staff is great, my room was clean, my kitchen works properly and the laundry room is functioning. Yes there are families who appear to have been here for a while and there is no problem with them either. It's an extended stay. A big plus is I have not seen any bugs of any kind!!!! :-) UPDATE: After staying for close to a month a lot of my feelings are the same except for one issue with management. Hotel staff great (FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING). Management very poor!!! I reported that my iPhone went missing while I was at work. Management Shane Sellers was supposed to go back and investigate instead of locating my iPhone I was asked to leave due to no fault of my own. Makes me believe that management will go in your room without your permission and steal your small electronics because she does not investigate theft on the property. BE AWARE!!!"

"I am so disappointed in this place. me and my mom have been here for a month and after two weeks they downgraded us to these blue raggedy old looking towels and when I went up to the desk they said they were "stay over towels". My mom has spent almost 2000$ to stay in this place and they don't even have the decency to give us nice towels and instead downgraded us to older towels and older-looking sheets. not to mention this place has the biggest roaches I have ever seen in my life. The washers here barely even wash your clothes and the shower curtain gets mildew on it. The people here don't even like to do their job half of the time. If you do not invest in your place and the peoples wellbeing while staying how do you expect people to come back?"

"Had to stay here in the middle of a move while our house was being fixed. Sooo most staff was really nice and welcoming but the rooms and hotel itself are very run down, old and not very clean. The price is OK, but in my opinion, too much for what the hotel and rooms look like."

"I had an extremely unpleasant night at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it. The room was designated as non-smoking, but it had a strong cigar odor throughout. The cleanliness of the bed, pillows, and floors left much to be desired. When I complained at the front desk, they moved me to a different room with cleaner floors but still lacked proper cleaning after the previous guest. Additionally, the noise from the next-door neighbor’s loud argument with his wife kept us awake at 2 am. Overall, it seems that the hotel may not be thorough in cleaning rooms between guests, and the noise disturbances were disruptive to say the least."
