"Dr. V has been our vet for years and I love how gentle, compassionate and caring she is with my scaredy cat/s. She provides information and options when I have questions and is never pushy. I like how she tells stories from her experiences with similar concerns with her own animals. Whenever my kitties have had issues in the past, she follows up with a phone call to check in with how they’re doing. Front desk staff and all the vet assistants were kind, offering to help me transport the cat carrier (which was extra helpful because I came with a toddler and my other child.) I also like how they have complimentary towels infused with Feliway to put around my nervous big boy. It really helps. I’ve gotten nothing but good care and had all positive experiences in almost my 10 years with Hidden Valley. I’d recommend them 100%!"
