"Mills Creek Animal Hospital is the VERY BEST! Dr. Norris is amazing - we have taken our dog, Chance, to see him since we moved to Charlotte in 2021 and our cat, Cali, since we rescued him. Anytime we need to stop in (for any concern...they are my babies!), they make time for us and always treat us (and our pets) like family. I have moved a few times and no matter where I go, I will make the drive to come here. "I cannot say enough positive things about this animal hospital! The staff is so personable and make it such a better experience for my dog Ginny, than she has had at any other vet's office before. I was so impressed that staff spend most of the visit sitting on the floor petting or snuggling with my dog, and she loves every staff member she meets. Dr Norris has been so wonderful at answering my many (extensive) questions and is a wealth of knowledge on all things animal! "My first impression was wonderful from the time I called to inquire and then when I went for our first appointment. I was greeted warmly and they assisted quickly. When the Vet came in the room with his assistant, they introduced themselves and then immediately engaged with my dog. They not only greeted him gently but got right on the floor with him making him feel comfortable, safe and right at home. My dog struggles with anxiety but he was so comfortable and happy with them. He got through the exam easily and even did well with his shots. They were so helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend Mills Creek Animal Hospital!"
