"Animal Ark took excellent care of my cat Piffy. He was 17 and was suffering from cancer. I Had to make the painful decision for him to be euthanized. It was painful but the most humane thing to because he was suffering and I couldn't help him. The vet gave me time alone with him and allowed me to stay in the room and say goodbye. Even though I cried my eyes out they didn't bother me and allowed me all the time I needed. They gave me a reasonable vet bill and got him cremated from a a pet funeral service who gave me all of his cremain's ,whiskers, paw print, etc... in a royal blue gift bag which is my favorite color. This Helped me to come to terms that my baby is in a better place now at the rainbow bridge!"

I just moved here and didn’t know who took exotic animals and was so pleased to see that they had two locations within 20-30 minutes of me! I have a bunny rabbit that I was concerned for and they took me in the same day. Dr. Spindel was compassionate, thorough and concerned with the health of my little bun and gave me great advice / a prescription. You can tell that these people love their jobs and I will definitely be using them again, thank you all from Lily & I!!"
