"Scheduled an appointment to get my dog checked and after an hour wait of not being seen, I had to cancel my appointment and leave. Doctor rushed out and said to feed him a bland diet for what he thought was an upset stomach but after symptoms got worse, I took my dog to the urgent vet hospital and turns out it was never an upset stomach and is actually IVDD and will eventually require surgery. After my dog being misdiagnosed during a 5 second "exam" I do not plan on bringing him back here."

"Not always less cost here. Me & my dog visited September 2023 for a heartworm test. First she told me $57 upon arriving. Then when I went to pay they told me $93. She said the vet tech fee was added. Well that's not right. It's not good business to say one price then another. Also, the vet clinic right down the road is $71 for a heartworm test I found out today."
"Absolutely wonderful experience! Definitely worth the time and money. Everyone was so good to us. From the receptionist to the Dr they were all so great! Dr Echols is the man! We will definitely be back in the future for sure!"
