"The communication was great the whole way from the time I reserved, to pick up. The slide was exactly what we wanted and the kids had an absolute blast for my sons birthday! I will continue to use this company in the future. Great experience!!"
"From start to finish this was a great experience. The customer service I received was superb. They promptly emailed me when I had questions, and the guys before and after setup were professional and courteous. The only complaint I had was they were running behind schedule, but as promised they did have it up and running before my son's birthday party. The downside to them running behind was the fact I had paid for a waterslide. What I didn't understand was the water slide ends in a pool of some sort that is built into the slide. Without water in there it was a very rough landing for about 30min into the party. I had two water hoses going to try and fill the basin up, bit it wasn't nearly fast enough. You know kids, they see the gigantic Trex slide and they just HAVE to try it out. Overall though, I would definitely do this again, but I would make sure to push my party ahead by another hour just to make sure I had time to fill the pool basin before kids started playing on it."
"From start to finish this company was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I chose to change my reservation from one slide to another. Prompt and courteous, they kept in contact with me to confirm my reservation, follow up with me and remind me three days out from my rental date. I was also surprised to receive a phone call in the morning notifying me that their delivery professionals were on the way. I would recommend this company for exceptional customer service and products."
"Our school’s spring carnival was an absolute hit this year working with Wilmington bounce house! We rented the game bud, giant foozball and soccer challenge. Logan and team were incredibly responsive, easy to work with and provided hours of entertainments for a large group of really happy kids. Highly recommend for any party or event you might have coming up. We’ve already booked him for a birthday! Great job and thank you from Bradley creek!!!!"
