"Shower didn't work in handi capped room. Water barely came out of the handheld shower. Very very difficult to try to even take a shower and could not wash your no pressure. Breakfast was good service was good just need to fix the shower. Beds were great"

"I just finished packing so we can LEAVE. I thought I felt something on my arm while working on my computer, looked down, and saw a big roach. I have traveled and stayed at several hotels for travel. This is the worst ever! Breakfast consisted of a hard bagel, ice-cold boiled eggs, orange juice (one day), and stale muffins - bottom line - very disappointing. That was day one. Did not even go down for breakfast on the second morning. Please trust that the reviews are truthful and consider staying elsewhere until Wyndham decides what they are going to do with this location. Roaches, dirty carpet, halfway working fridge - I'm OUT!!!!"

"The room I got had a remote with no batteries and a TV that did not work with the remote even I finally got someone to come up and help me. I called the night I got in and I had to call again the next morning to finally get real help instead of a series of useless instructions on the phone. Oh, and my key did not work. Only after I came back down to the lobby (since I could not open my door) was I told to keep the key from electronic and magnetic things. If you are looking for friendly and helpful service and a room with the advertised amenities, you may not be in luck here. On the plus side, the location is very convenient: you can walk to several places, including a CVS, and it is a very short drive from a plaza and places to grab a coffee and breakfast."

"Ask had made reservations a week before our arrival, trusting that the website photos were true. To our dismay, this is an old and worn property. Though the lobby has been updated. The elevator had not been vacuumed and neither had the room corridor. The guest room carpet and furnishings were dated, the carpet stained and worn. Had it not been for the location, we would have checked out immediately. The front desk responded to our not having any soaps and that a room light was not working. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Other guests were finding issues with their rooms. The parking lot had trash scattered and was not well lit at night. LaQuinta should not allow its brand to be applied to this property. We were extremely disappointed."

"The staff were nice. The hotel was not. It was dirty. I can deal with outdated if it was clean. When I finally got to lay down after picking my son up from the airport on leave .... there were bugs. Some type of stink bug and some other type of beetle or roach. They were going to move us to another room, which had bugs. Doesn't appear that I will get a refund even though I have pictures because an outside company has to come see it, but it could take days for them to get there. Plenty of time for them to infest other rooms. We obviously went to another CLEAN hotel. When I called today to speak to someone they were not accommodating, not apologetic, nothing. Please don't waste your time, money, sanity on this location."
