"It was so different this time, the preparer was great, but she had to go out and buy everything that she could for preparing taxes. I use the very simple form and it cost me $255 for 10 minutes work. When I asked her why so much, she told me that it was under new management and this is what they want. I don't know if I will use Jackson Hewitt next year. It was better all the years before this year."

They couldn't even give you a folder to put your return in, the preparer had to buy manilla envelopes and everything that you asked there was a price to it, I have never paid this much to get my taxes done.
