"I called to get a quote off of a website that I had been referred to. Conversation went like this: Brightleaf (no introduction) Hi yes, could I speak to Cory Malloy? *Hang up* I called back because surely no one would hang up on someone who asked for a partner listed as a primary contact. Went to VM. Got called back and she lies and tells me that she couldn't hear me. Lady, I was not born last night, I know what an annoyed unhappy person sounds like. If someone can't hear, they usually say, "hello?" at least once before they hang up. They really need to reconsider who they let answer the phone, I had a lot of work I wanted done."
