"They used to be great when they opened.... Now it has become a beggars cant be choosers place. Many techs have left and the customer value and quality of service has disappeared. Just runs on politics of who takes which clients and money making shop without the service u pay for. Either nails wont even be glued properly or the color will start to come off in 2 days even when u specially return after driving twice 2 days back to back asking for any good tech who will know how to do gel-x nails. And all this after paying $80 or more bucks each time for just nails without a single design while being unemployed is a BİG problem (or even if people have jobs, i am sure that time and money is not earned for throwing away) It's very disheartening especially when it's not just a popular place but somewhere u have been going for years from even before Covid after driving an hour and recommending it to dozens of people....just sad Attaching a pic of brand new nails done by them!!!! And this is after them taking 3 hours to do the service and i hope u can see how the nail color looks. Painting is the most basic thing that doesn't even involve any special skill! The cuticles look a disaster so didn't even post that part. Just paint your own nails. Trust me u will do a better job with closed eyes!"

"Update: The pictures on the last slide are what you get to look at 5 days after coming here. Honestly this is embarrassing for them how bad this nail job is. All of the tips fell off because the lady did not Cary the nail gel under the nail to support the gelx nail. All paint has peeled off. Emailed owners, no response. How this even is a good business practice astounds me I left out of town for a vacation which I told this tech, they won’t give me a refund on these nails that I have to pay someone else to fix. I would not come back here and honestly would avoid coming here if you can. Super disappointed by this experience. The whole thing took 2 1/2 hrs for a set of nails, I kept showing the lady pictures of what I wanted and she just could not get it, a short black stilleto nail. The nail tech swore up and down that these gel x nails are better but they are not. They are flimsy and already bending. I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and by the time my nails were done it was 7:02 and I go to sit down for a pedicure and someone had walked in before I finished and they gave the spot up. I also noticed that when I sat down, other people were being offered wine or water, I wasn’t offered until someone sat right next to me and the other tech asked. Not to mention that when we finished, the thumb nail that is now the peeled off just was wrinkly and Krinkled up, and he said that if I come back he will fix it… I told him I can’t, I go on vacation tomorrow… I got these done on Wednesday. Nails are already breaking and paint is coming off. Not what I was expecting for this place. Payed $75 for broken nails and peeling paint"

"I am so sad, I have been coming to this nail salon for 2 years now. I will not be returning to this salon. The nail tech filed my long, natural nails down to the base to the point where my fingers are in pain. My nails are also uneven and when I pointed it out to the tech she claimed that they were even. I asked for a simple French tip and none of the polish is even either. The nail tech proceeded to file off the paint on the French tip when she was finished?? I pointed it out to the front desk attendant and she said “I understand”. I am very disappointed in my experience today since now I will have to go somewhere else to get them redone."

"I travel from Raleigh to Cary everytime to get my nails done and Ava does the best , always! She does many different designs with gel x and they always come s great. Great salon and great service."

"Love this place! All staff is courteous and so friendly and provide fantastic service. Amanda, who did my nail design, was especially wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and she had no problem giving me my dream nails for my wedding. 10/10 strongly recommend."
