This is Traditional Aikido taught by an expert with 20 Years experience in Japan, he unders the finer elements of the art of aikido as well as having the experience from working the Doors to in rough Irish bars to know what works from a self defence aspect. No matter what you are looking for from your Martial Art you will find it at the Dojo, you also get lessons, in life, meditation, philosophy thrown in along the way. I cant recommend this Dojo highly enough”

“My experience with Rory was fantastic. From first session Rory was reassuring and very knowledgeable of what the issue was. Having had a torn ACL which required surgery, he ensure I understood what would be happening through my recovery. He was very helpful with the pre surgery exercises and especially after the surgery with rehab he was always reassuring and made sure you were going to achieve full recovery. Even with questions that were outside of a session he was always there to help. I’d highly recommend Rory.”
