“Marguerite is excellent, I would highly recommend her if you need physio treatment. She is very thorough and works through all your symptoms to make sure she gets to the root of the problem. What I was previously told was tendonitis in my wrist turned out to be tightness in my neck. I have seen a marked improvement since having treatment and would definitely go back if I need any further physio.”

“I cannot recommend Sinead at Lifetime Health highly enough. We have tried all the remedies the internet, doctors and health visitor had suggested to help Jax deal with being in the car and pram, help him relax, ease his discomfort from reflux and other wee things that seemed to cause him distress. After one treatment we noticed a huge improvement, after the second he was almost like a different baby. Much more settled, he can cope with the pram, he can lie down without screaming, he has slept in his car seat. Even though he slept well before his treatment, I have noticed he is less tense when he is asleep and he seems to be in a much deeper sleep more often.”

Immediate hands on treatment to sort out the pain combined with advice about exercise, posture and movement. Each visit i have something to take away with me from his broad knowledge of treatment and physical training. From attending Lee 2 years ago i have also started to follow a strict diet and exercise programme designed by himself and to be honest it has been life changing. Up to this point i was becoming a couch potatoe, my eating habits was terrible and exercise was nonexisting. I felt unhealthy and i had no confidence in myself whatsoever. The prospect of showing myself up in a gym horrified me but thanks to Lee and his guidence i am now 2 1/2 stone lighter and my comfort zone is now the gym. I could not recommend him enough.”
