"I looked up this place because it was close to home and I called before hand because I just wanted to trim my dead ends. I explained to them that i was going to arrive with Keratin product in my hair and they just needed to rinse with water and trim. They told me that Erica was going to be the one doing the cutting. Not only did they charge me 65 for hair cut without a blowout by the way, but she was super rude and interrupting when ever I tried to explain my situation. She constantly said she couldn’t provide me a haircut with wet hair, which is hilarious to me because for 20 years of my life, that’s how It was done. She literally insulted my hair and saying I needed a “golden treatment” which was worth 30 more dollars. She literally cut my hair in such a short amount of time and insisted for me to blow dry it the next day. Best believe when i got home i blowdried it and saw the horrible mess she had done. One side was completely chopped and shorter than the other and I was truly upset because she had taken off much more of my hair then expected. My boyfriend saw me crying about it because I was furious about the poor job this “professional with over twenty years of experience” did to my poor hair. He promptly called and spoke to the owner to have this rectified. The next day I had to go back in fear to now another stylist Debbie who luckily was able to fix the poor job previously done and I am thankful for that, but now I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am now out $105 dollars and lost over 6 inches on my hair when all I went there for was a trim of the dead ends of my hair which should of only been an inch."
