"Professional cleaning done correctly. Best prices in the valley that I’ve seen. The owner himself cleans the clothes and makes sure the quality coming out is top notch. Wouldn’t bring my clothes anywhere else!"
"Absolutely terrible. Dropped off two shirts to have six patches in total put on. It took them almost two weeks to get them back to me. When I arrived to pickup the shirts, the patches are in the wrong location and I don't have another two weeks to wait for it to get fixed. I was also told it's cash only and I wasn't informed of this, if I had been I would have been prepared with cash. After returning from the ATM they didn't even have the correct change. I do not and will not recommend this dry cleaner. I will take my business elsewhere in the future!"
"Brought in my daughters dress to be dry cleaned. I told them that it’s very delicate. It had lace and the designs on it were very delicate and there was a stain that needed to be removed. When I got it back you can tell it was thrown in a washing machine and dryer. The stain was gone but the dress was ruined! It had all these threads coming out of it and the lace looked like it was starting to melt and fuse together. First time there and my last."
"First try here will be my last time. Nice people, but mishandled two pairs of pants. One pair of dry-clean-only cotton moleskin pants was returned pilled with the cuffs ironed poorly. Obviously they were laundered and not dry cleaned. The other pair somehow lost their hems in the process. Shirts were OK but ironed inconsistently. I will not return."
"Great service friendly and true professionals in their industry. Been in business for a long time and show with their work. The other cleaners in the area will never hold a candle to the care City Dry cleaning does. The owner once told me "you ever find anything wrong you bring it back and I'll take care if it". I never have had a problem."
