"if i could give none i would! they write patients who have drug problems narcotics and then when they are addressed by the families, they say we can't talk to you sorry but were going to continue to write the meds that's killing them. as a psych doctor you would think they would want to hear how the patient is outside the officed visit but NOPE THEY WERENT INTRESTED IN LEARNING ABOUT THEIR PATIENT. I'm reporting them to the state and contacting news 12 to do a story about the malpractice and negligence of dr Rafiq and dr Mahoney that is taking place at this establishment. bunch of pill pushing idiots with licenses to KILL. see you all in court for malpractice."

"When I first started going a few years ago it was great. As time went on the quality of care went down. The old staff either all quit or were fired. I'm guessing quit. I feel rushed. My therapist called and they didn't get a call back. The staff not as caring or knowledgeable. Currently looking for a new psychiatrist."

"Very disappointed with my experience today with this practice. I’ve been a patient for almost a year and love the physicians and front desk staff for their friendly demeanor. I would say towards the summer there have been several changes to the providers scheduling hours that would change almost on a weekly basis. Granted, unforeseeable events can happen at any time and cause for a change up in scheduling, but not this frequently. Today, I had a follow up scheduled for in person at 4:15pm. I received a phone call this morning that once again, there were scheduling errors and that the doctor would need to leave by 4pm. I said I could get there earlier to see the doctor in person as I wanted to discuss the next steps of my care IN PERSON rather than on Telehealth. Be that as it may, I left work earlier than expected to rush down to make this appointment to see my doctor, to find out that he already left for the day. Not only did I waste my time, I received no phone call to let me know that he already left and got attitude on the phone and got hung up on. I’m pissed!"

"The office staff is great and very welcoming and patient. Dr. RAFIQ is the best. He is so patient and really listens to me. For the first time in over three years I finally am starting to feel like I am not living in a fog and under a cloud of depression."
