"Made the drive and visited during the last week of Dec. w a 3 day pass and was denied access due to holiday overcrowding by a rude old woman named, Tracy. She does not belong in customer service. Sales Manager, Kevin was accommodating and provided at least a one day pass. This 24 hour fitness is NOT 24 hours. Won't be returning."

"They say to put the most pleasant kind person at the front desk of a gym.... This gym has the opposite. Came in to lift and was given attitude by the 40-year-old women who was clearly burdened to do her job. Not a very welcoming environment. Ps they only have enough equipment to sustain 1/3 of their member base."

"This gym is terrible. There’s never paper towels available in the dispensers. The gym is suppose to have a Sauna which is what people are paying for and there is no sauna. Machines are often broken and out of service for a week or more. Very poor quality gym."

"The gym is not open 24 hours, they are lying to the public. The gym has no pool. Equipment is often broken, the gym is warm in the summers because the ac doesn’t come on till 545 am so the morning crowd gets screwed. This place is very poorly run complaints never get rectified. The locker room often smells like urine and filth, they don’t clean on weekends. Ask yourself, “How is a Gym called 24 hour fitness” yet is not open 24"

"24 hour fitness has been a great gym for me the last several years. Between having pretty much everything you could need at a reasonable price, I’d recommend this gym to anyone. The staff is always warm and welcoming and management is always open to suggestions and feedback. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is not having the sauna area complete yet which is more of a corporate issue than it is for this gym and it’s staff."
