"Impossible to get on the phone. They actually tell you that they don't answer the phone. If there is an issue with your prescription no one calls to let you know or fix it, never mind contacting the doctor. Always the cheapest made generics."
"Just now after calling all day only to get recording that the staff is helping someone else. I finally get someone to tell me if they got my husband's perscription that was sent yesterday upon his discharge from hospital. It wasn't filled because of the high co-pay!!!! I am outraged. This is my husbands life we are talking about. A simple phone call from Walgreens would have been nice."
"Pharmacy personnel and checkout personnel are always friendly & great - but corporate need to hire more personnel for the pharmacy. Always a long wait to get a hold of someone over the phone, always a long wait to get prescriptions filled. Simply needs more people manning the pharmacy so that it can be as efficient as it can be."
