"My wife, children, and I couldn't be happier with our new Hot Springs hot tub and our experience with Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and especially working with Kelly Kirkpatrick. When our old hot tub broke (a Sundance) we began the process of investigating different brands and products. She answered all questions concerning functionality of the different units we were interested in. We never felt rushed and she was never pushy to make the sale.
