"Mr. Paul Buchanan of the Department of Health, Oneonta office, has been informed of violations of New York State health regulations in our neighborhood and been provided with proof of said violations. He has refused to take action, despite this knowledge. Apparently the NY State Department of Health is selective about whom they choose to regulate."
