"Supposed to pick up one hero and soda at 1145. Told would be couple minutes. 10 min later see couple orders bagged up ask if one of those is for me and they say it's hot food takes a while. Finally almost 20 minutes after was supposed to be picked up I'm handed bag. Looked like lots of people standing around, no sense of urgency. Unless your roasting the beef to order, one hero should not take 20 min. If it does, don't tell someone it will be out in "couple minutes!!!""

"Absolutely fantastic! The Uncle Joe hero I had was an absolute treat: a chicken cutlet, fried ravioli, house-made vodka sauce, and fresh mozzarella all packed into a garlic bread hero. The grilled vegetables were perfectly cooked which provided amazing texture to the burrito. The black beans and seasoned rice provided a hearty and satisfying base, while the melted cheddar cheese added a creamy richness. The star of the show was the savage sauce, which delivered a bold and tangy kick that tied all the ingredients together beautifully. Every bite was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, making this burrito an absolute must-try. Simply delicious! Please Forgive the lack of photos, there was nothing left but quiet life contemplation and slight retreat for eating the massive portions. Hero’s are easily two meals."

"Edit: I visited this place for the second time today and got the Angelo sandwich again and some fries. I felt like this sandwich had even more meat than it did last time and with the sandwich being so big and loaded, a fat guy like me couldn't finish the sandwich despite not eating for over a day. I feel like you actually get a lot of value for the money you pay ($18) given that the sandwiches are huge and actually taste really good. I loved the soft texture of the fries and they tasted quite good but it could probably use a tad bit more salt. For the record, I picked up the food 30 minutes after I ordered it on the phone given the reviews talking about the awful wait times. Been to many delis in my lifetime and this place, while not being a deli, might have some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Had the Angelo sandwich which had roast beef, french fries, spicy mayo, etc and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. Pictures don't do it justice but the sandwich was huge and loaded with meat, so much so that a big guy like me actually struggled to finish my sandwich. The sandwich was very expensive, maybe around $20 but I can't think of a single place in the city that makes a better sandwich for the money. The parking lot was full when we got there so parking may be an issue."
